SAI GON – CU CHI TUNNEL – MEKONG RIVER DELTA

DAY 01: SAI GON ARRIVAL (L/D)

Morning: Bus and guide welcome at Tan Son Nhat airport and transfer to centre, visit Reunification Palace, Central Post Office, City Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral. Have lunch at restaurant.

Afternoon; Visit War museum, Chinese Town and then shopping at An Dong market and Ben Thanh markets. Have dinner at restaurant.

Evening: Free to go shopping at Ben Thanh night market. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 02: SAI GON – CU CHI TUNNEL    (B/L/D)

Morning: Have breakfast at hotel. Transfer to explore the Cu Chi Tunnels – an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese soldiers during the long struggle for independence. The Tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong in the American war. Have lunch at restaurant.

Afternoon: Back to Sai Gon. Free at leisure or shopping at Sai Gon square. Have dinner at restaurant.

Evening: Free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 03: SAI GON – MEKONG RIVER DELTA – SAI GON- DEPARTURE  (B/L/D)

Morning: Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to My Tho. Upon arrival, take cruising boat along Mekong river.  On the way, you can see 04 Islets: Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix. Visit Thoi Son Islet: fruit orchard, enjoy “Cai Luong” (traditional folk music), Coconut candy workshop, and Honey-bee farm. Transfer out by small boat through small canals and discover every nook and cranny. Lunch at restaurant.

Afternoon: Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda. Back to Sai Gon. Have dinner at restaurant until transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for departure flight. End of the tour.
