This 14 day journey from Hanoi to Siem Reap and Mekong delta will show you the most highlights of Norhthern Vietnam, mekong delta and the magnificent Angkor Complex. Explorer the cultural and historical sites in Hanoi, visit the Natural World Heritage in Halong bay, explore with the majestic Temples of Angkor and end of the trip with relax in the Southern of Vietnam.
DAY 01: ARRIVAL HANOI (D)
Upon arrival we will be met at the airport and transfer to Hanoi city, for hotel check in.
City tour includes Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Ethnic Minority Museum, visit Lake Of Restored Sword. In the evening enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show.
DAY 02: HANOI – HALONG (B/ L/ D)
This morning depart Hanoi for Ha Long Bay and drive pass some of the beautiful rural landscape before arriving to the World Heritage site of Ha Long Bay in the afternoon. After arriving Halong Bay, board the Cruise. Enjoy welcome drink and lunch of freshly caught seafood served on board. While having lunch, the boat sails out to the bay, passing amazing shaped mountains. At 4.30 pm, arrives and visit Sung Sot cave. Then sailing to Titop Beach and Mountain where we can land on the beach for swimming or stepping up (400 steps) to the top of the mountain for taking beautiful panorama pictures of Halong Bay and viewing the sunset. Overnight stays on Cruise.
DAY 03: HALONG – HANOI (B/ L)
Enjoy early morning view of the bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee with breakfast. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax and enjoy the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal-clear water of the bay before taking a small boat to visit Hang Luon. We have some time to swim before leaving back to the harbour. Check out and have early lunch before drive back to Hanoi. Visit the Dong Trieu Pottery Village on the way. Overnight stays in Hanoi.
DAY 04: HANOI – HOA BINH – MAI CHAU (B/L/D)
Transfer to Hoa Binh – Northwest of Hanoi.
Stop over at THAY Pagoda (Master Pagoda), dedicated to Thich Ca Buddha (Sakyanmuni, the historical Buddha) and 18 arhats appear on the central altar and TAY PHUONG Pagoda (Pagoda of the West) consists of three single-level structures built in descending order on a hillock said to resemble a buffalo.
Lunch in Hoa Binh. 2 hours short walk to the Giang Mo village (Muong minority people) and contact with local people.
Proceed to Mai Chau. Stop en-road to take overview picture of Mai Chau.
Dinner and home stay at a house on stilt of the Thai People at Lac Village.
Evening: Dinner and drinks in Thai/Muong style (drinking wine from jars through bamboo pipes with hilltribe variety show).
DAY 05: MAICHAU – HANOI (B/L)
Drive to Xa Linh Village – 35 km far from the Lac Village. Short walk along the village to get to know the life of Meo people. Visit Pa Co Kermess (falls on Sunday morning)
Afternoon: Transfer back to Hanoi. On the way stop over at Van Phuc, a silk village is a great place to silk cloth being produced on the loom. There is a showroom where you can buy silk by the meter, much more exciting that buying it in the shops!

DAY 06: HANOI – PERFUME PAGODA – HANOI (B/L/D)
Depart for Perfume Pagoda – one of the most important religious sites in Buddhist Vietnam. The pagoda is makes up by a complex of pagodas and Buddhist shrines built into the limestone cliffs of Huong Tich Mountain (Mountain of the Fragrant Traces)
Full day for sightseing and trekking up and down to visit the main cave. Step by step you will climb to Thien Tru (Pagoda Leading to Heaven) on the top of the mountain. To see Golden-Silver tree, rice stuck…. Picnic lunch.
Back to Hanoi. Have a vegetarian dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 07: HANOI Q SIEM RIEP (1hour flight) (B/L/D)
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for flying to Siem Riep. Upon arrival Siem Riep picked up and transferred to your hotel. Visit Floating Village of Chong Khneans and take a boat trip to Tonle Sap.
Lunch and dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at hotel.
DAY 08: SIEM RIEP (B/ L/ D)
Today you will visit South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphuon, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, and Elephant Terrace of the Leper King. You will have lunch at a local restaurant. Visit Ta Prohm, Angkor Wat and view lovely sunset from PhnoBakeng. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at hotel.
DAY 09: SIEM RIEP Q HOCHIMINH CITY (1 hour flight) (B/L)
Breakfast at hotel. Morning flight to Hochiminh City. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Hochiminh City tour includes Notre Dame, the Post Office, Museum of History to see some interesting displays and photographs following the path of the revolution, Reunification Palace for a glimpse into the lifestyle of the democratic regime of the former South Vietnam. Lunch and dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Hochiminh City
DAY 10: HO CHI MINH – PHAN THIET (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Morning drive to Phan Thiet. Check in the hotel in Mui ne. Free time for leisure.
DAY 11: PHAN THIET (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Free time for leisure in sandy beach.
DAY 12: PHAN THIET – HCM CITY (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Free time for leisure in sandy beach.
12:00 check out. Transfer to Ho Chi Minh city. Check in hotel and free for leisure.
DAY 13: HCMC – MEKONG DELTA – HCMC (B/ L)
Morning depart from Hochiminh City and drive overland to My Tho. Cross Mekong river by motorized boat. Row-boat ride along small creeks to Mekong River estuary. Continue motorized boat ride to Con Phung (Phoenix Island) and have a Vietnamese lunch on the island. See the manufacture of handicraft made from coconut trees. Cruise along natural creek sand quiet village in Ben Tre Province. Visit orchards, bee-keeping farm, taste natural honey and honey wine, enjoy tropical fruit, traditonal music. See coconut candy production proccess, tast candy and coconut pulp. Back to Hochiminh City in the aftenoon. overnight at the hotel.
DAY 14: HOCHIMINH CITY Q (B)
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for flying to “Home sweet Home”
